Brand Safety options

Additional features to enhance brand safety:

Ignored Accounts

@Handles on the Ignored Accounts list will not receive a response. This is most commonly used for competitors and/or known trolls.

The brand’s @handle that is used to deliver auto responses to users will automatically be added to the Ignored Accounts list to prevent the auto response from triggering back to the brand @handle.

You can enter @handle accounts in the entry field individually, or as a series of @handles, each separated with a comma. Click the “Add” button to include @handles to the Ignored Accounts list. You will see all the Ignored Accounts listed after you click the “Add” button.

Prohibited Words

If a user’s name, handle, Tweet or Retweet with comment matches a term in the Prohibited Words list, it will result in the user not receiving a response. Arrow’s 1200 default prohibited words list can be modified at the brand’s discretion.

You can ADD more words to the Prohibited Words list by entering new words in the entry field individually, or as a series of words, each separated with a comma. Click the “Add” button to include new Prohibited Words list. You will see all the newly added Prohibited Words listed after you click the “Add” button.

Alternatively, you can upload a Prohibited Words file if you have a lengthy list of Prohibited Words to add to your campaign.

  1. Create an Excel spreadsheet or a CSV file containing one word per row.
  2. Save the file to your local system.
  3. Upload the file by clicking the “Upload File” button and select the Excel or CSV file you created containing new Prohibited Words.
  4. You will see the newly added Prohibited Words under the Custom Prohibited Words List. There is a count to confirm the number of new Prohibited Words added. If this count does not match the count from your list, it means words found in your file are already on the default list of Prohibited Words and will not be added again.

You can REMOVE words from the Custom Prohibited Word list:

  1. Use the “Find a word..” field to search for a specific word, or scroll through the list and use the < and > buttons to paginate through the list (if there are multiple pages in the custom list).
  2. Once you find the word, you can delete it by clicking on the garbage can icon to the right of the word.

You can REMOVE words from the Default Prohibited Word list:

  1. Click on the “Show Default Words” button. This will display the default 1200 Prohibited Words.
  2. Use the “Find a word..” field to search for a specific word, or scroll through the list and use the < and > buttons to paginate through the list.
  3. Once you find the word, you can delete it by clicking on the garbage can icon to the right of the word.

Once you’ve completed editing the Ignored Accounts and Prohibited Word List, click the “Back to Launch” button. Your program requires that you check the box to agree with the statement below:
