Automated Tailored Audiences

Arrow can create a Tailored Audience of opted-in users that for use with Twitter Ads Manager to exclude opted-in users from your current campaign targeting, or retarget opted-in users in another campaign.

Once enabled, Arrow will upload the Tailored Audience to your Twitter Ads account and automatically updated every six hours for the duration of your campaign.

Important notes:

  • The audience may take 48 or more to process and must match at least 100 active, eligible users before it is “Ready” and can be targeted in a campaign. Audiences without enough matched users will show as “Audience Too Small.”
  • Audience match rates can be <50% or lower; this is due to users having opted-out of ads personalization or not being recently active.

To maintain the security of the brand's Twitter account, Arrow automatically revokes its access to the brand's Twitter account four days after campaign completion. Arrow no longer has access to the brand's Twitter account and can not create, upload, or update an audience for this campaign.
