Instant Notification Tweet
Arrow publishes an instant notification Tweet @ each user that engages with a CTA Tweet, triggering a notification (pursuant to the user’s settings). Automated responses are sent as promoted-only @mentions.

Content Requirements
- Instant notification Tweets will always begin with a user’s @handle and is automatically inserted for you. You will see @HandleToReplyTo as a placeholder in the instant notification Tweet preview as you draft your message.
- Do not @mention any other accounts in the instant notification Tweet without written approval from the account owner. NOTE: an account that is included in an instant notification Tweet as an @mention will receive ALL instant notification Tweets sent to opted in users, flooding the account’s Tweet feed.
- Media can be added to the instant notification Tweet as a video, gif, image, or website card by selecting one of the 4 media icons.

280 Characters Max
- The mention of @HandleToReplyTo counts as 17 characters, which leaves 263 characters for the rest of the copy. The available character count is updated as the instant notification Tweet copy is inserted, along with the media.
- Any URL added to the instant notification Tweet copy will count as 24 characters, regardless of actual length.
