Reporting Overview
The Campaign Metrics section on the Reporting tab provides you with several key pieces of information regarding the performance of your campaign.
CTA Tweet(s)
This section lets you know when the CTA Tweet(s) was published and provides you with a link to the Tweet itself on Twitter where you can see how many Likes or Retweets that Tweet has received.
Total Instant Opt-in Notification Tweets Sent
This is the number of instant opt-in notification Tweets sent by the Arrow platform as triggered by users engaging with the CTA Tweet. This section will also show you a graph of instant opt-in notification Tweets sent over time which will help you to gauge the effectiveness of promotions etc.
Note: This number may be lower than the number of Likes or Retweets on the CTA Tweet itself, because some user’s accounts may have been protected, or may have triggered the profanity filter in which case instant opt-in notification Tweets are not sent.
Campaign Opt-outs
This is the number of users who have opted out by replying with the opt-out hashtag. If you have enabled opt-out notifications, each user will receive an @mention notification of their opt-out.
Scheduled Notification Tweet(s)
- Before the send - While the campaign is live but before the scheduled notification Tweets are sent, this section shows you the date and time that the scheduled notification Tweet is scheduled to start sending. It also provides you with an estimate of how long it will take to send the scheduled notification Tweets to all of the users currently opted into the campaign.
- During the send - While the scheduled notification Tweets are actually being sent, a progress bar will show you how the send is progressing. It also provides you with a Pause Sending button should you need to temporarily pause the sending of Tweets. While paused, hitting the Resume Sending button will continue the send where it left off.
- After the send - After the scheduled notification Tweets have all been sent, this section will provide you with the date and time the send started, along with the total number of scheduled notification Tweets sent and undeliverable.
Note: A reminder may be undeliverable if users have:
- Changed their privacy settings;
- Updated their screen name to include a profanity; or
- Updated their @handle to include a profanity.
