Changing your password

You may initiate a password change on your account at any point in time, the Arrow system will also require you to change your password every 30 days for security purposes.

To change your password while logged in, click your username in the top right of the application and select ‘Change Password’. This will initiate the change password flow requiring you to enter a new password.

To change your password without being logged in, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on Arrow’s landing page. The system will ask for your registered email address and upon submission will send a password reset email to you. Clicking the reset password link within that email will initiate the change password flow requiring you to enter a new password.

Arrow’s security measures require complex passwords (see Password Requirements below) that are required to be updated every 30 days. This may make them difficult to memorize. We strongly recommend that you utilize an industry leading password manager to enter and store your Arrow account information.

Password Requirements

Passwords must be at least 10 characters long; and

Passwords requires at least 1 letter(s); and

Passwords requires at least 1 capital letter(s); and

Passwords requires at least 1 special character(s); and

Passwords must contain at least one of these characters !@#$%^&*(),; and

Passwords requires at least 1 lowercase letter(s).
