New User

If you have never used Arrow before, you’ll have received a “New User” email. Clicking the ‘Login Here’ button within that email will take you to set up your password and add a mobile number to your account for 2-factor authentication.

Your invitation link has expired

If after clicking the ‘Login Here’ button within an invitation email you receive the error “Your invitation link has expired”, just click the “Resend Invitation Email” button.

Password Requirements

Passwords must be at least 10 characters long; and

Passwords requires at least 1 letter(s); and

Passwords requires at least 1 capital letter(s); and

Passwords requires at least 1 special character(s); and

Passwords must contain at least one of these characters !@#$%^&*(),; and

Passwords requires at least 1 lowercase letter(s).

Arrow’s security measures require complex passwords that are required to be updated every 30 days. This may make them difficult to memorize. We strongly recommend that you utilize an industry leading password manager to enter and store your Arrow account information.

2-Factor Authentication

Arrow requires that you attach a mobile number to your account for security purposes. It is highly recommended that you use a mobile number that is available to you at all times. At each login, an SMS containing a 6 digit code will be sent to the number you provide. In order to successfully login, you will be required to enter that 6 digit code.

Don’t see your campaign

Campaigns are tied to the email address that was invited to edit. Upon logging to Arrow, you will see all of the campaigns associated to that email address. If you do not see your campaign, check to see if the invite was sent to another one of your email addresses.
